SALES MANAGER EUROPE - Ambitious talent with outspoken experience in the feed industry
Vitafor, a Belgian company established in 1974 and based in Sint Niklaas, is a producer and supplier of feed additives such as minerals, vitamins, pigments and other ingredients for the feed industry in both liquid and powder forms.
Vitafor operates globally and together with partners delivers premium quality nutritional products for feed and drinking water tailored to the needs of livestock.
Vitafor’s ambition is to continue developing its reach geographically and expand the business of Vitafor Solutions.
To support us in achieving our growth ambition, we are looking for a Sales Manager Europe.
• You build and establish a distributor network focusing on feed mills and farmers for our Solutions product range.
• You support your distributor network providing qualitative solutions and products for their customers and train them using impactful product trainings and sales presentations.
• You relay back information from the market to the R&D and marketing department to continuously streamline Vitafor solutions to the market needs.
• In close collaboration with production, quality and forwarding department, you ascertain that goods are delivered against the agreed terms and conditions.
• You meet with distributors and end clients at trade shows, fairs, in country or at our head office.
• You report to the BU Director Solutions and will take part in the monthly sales meetings.
• Analytical and commercial skills allowing you to build a coherent and widely supported sales plan.
• You are results oriented and energized in overcoming obstacles and challenges along the way.
• You enjoy negotiating and armed with your analytical and communicative skills you are a true professional and build trust with your partners.
• We love people that have humor, are pragmatic and service oriented.
• You are fluent in English and 2 other European languages. Willing to learn Dutch for colloquial language use.
• You are willing to travel 40-50% internationally.
